I got this yummy recipe from my friend Lori. She is one of the strongest, loveliest, most faithful women I have ever met. What a privilege to know her.
I have doubled Lori’s recipe. One is just not enough for my crew!
Peanut Butter Bon Bons
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter (I warmed it up in the microwave to help it mix easier)
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. rice crispy cereal
24 oz. white almond bark
Set aside almond bark. Mix all other ingredients together and refrigerate 1 hour.
Form crumb mixture into balls (about 1″). Melt almond bark. Dip balls into melted bark and place on waxed paper to firm up.
These are so good! The nice thing is they don’t take up oven time either.
