Pumpkin Bread

Cooler temperatures, call for the perfect afternoon snack.

One of my favorite fall treats is yummy pumpkin bread, still warm from the oven is best.  I’m a tea drinker too, so to top off my snack I always wash it down with a cup of tea.  (Lady Grey – decaf, of course)

I’ve tried so many recipes over the years for the perfect pumpkin bread.  There are lots of good ones.  I especially like quick breads with the crumble topping.

Today I’m going to share with you my “secret” recipe for quick and easy pumpkin bread that’s oh-so-yummy.

My special pumpkin bread recipe is:

Yep, I know, I’m a total cheater.  But good ole TJ really comes through on this one.  Give it a try, I think you’ll agree.  It couldn’t be easier.  This bread is really yummy too.  I am a definite fan.  To make it your own you could always add blueberries, pecans, or chocolate chips to the batter.  (Be sure to toss your add ins with a little flour first to prevent them from sinking to bottom of your bread as it cooks).
