Not being Greek, I don’t really know if this soup is actually Greek or not. Seems like the flavor combination could should be Greek though. Near us, on the north side of Atlanta, is a place called the Marietta Diner.

If you’re in the mood for an enormous quantity of yummy food anytime of the day or night then this restaurant is the place for you. Their cakes are especially A-W-E-S-O-M-E…but I digress. They have this soup there occasionally called Lemon Chicken soup. It is de-lish and I love it! I have no idea how they make theirs. I’m sure it’s full of all kinds of fabulous fresh ingredients. Here is my make at home, knock-off recipe, easy version. It’s great for a weeknight meal, or for when you need to throw something together super quick.
